What hours do you work?
Standard shifts are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. Our voluntary on-call rotation for emergencies pays time and a half with a two-hour minimum.
Is there room to grow?
About 70% of our leads and supervisors started in entry-level roles here. We post promotions internally first.
What gear do I need to bring?
Just steel-toe boots. We provide uniforms, tools, truck, fuel, phone, and tablet.
Do you sponsor visas?
Not at this time, but we welcome anyone with valid work authorization in the U.S.
