SMS messages will be sent by Relief Services to users who have opted in to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, satisfaction follow-ups, and billing or payment notifications.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the shortcode. After you send STOP, you will receive an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Relief Services.

If you wish to receive SMS messages again in the future, you may re-enroll using the same opt-in method you originally used.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from Relief Services and for messages you send to us. Message frequency varies. For questions regarding your text messaging or data plan, please contact your wireless service provider.
